1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website or any of our services (online or in person), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Almost Perfect Paws provides different services, online worldwide (not available for all services/cases) and in person in Koh Samui at your home or at an agreed location:
- Dog behavior and dog training guidance
- EMDR for animals
- Well-being (“relaxing dog massage”)
- Dog walking
- Pet sitting
A medical consultation with your veterinarian prior to any appointment is strongly recommended.
These services do not provide a diagnosis and do not replace a consultation with a veterinarian,nor the work of any other animal professional.
For dog walking and dog sitting in Koh Samui, for safety reasons your dog must wear a collar with an ID tag and a Y or H shaped harness, and will be walked outside on a leash at all times.
We may update or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our site or services, you agree:
- To provide accurate, truthful information
- Not to engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities
- Not to copy, distribute, or misuse our content without permission
4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
- All fees are in Thai Baht or Euros, unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or Paypal.
- For pet sitting in Koh Samui, a day started is a day charged (except for the weekend rate), half of the payment is required at the time of booking the service, the other half is due 15 days before the start of the service. For the other services, it is at the time of the service delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Cancellations have to be made by WhatsApp messages only on the phone number starting with +33…
For pet sitting in Koh Samui, cancellations made less than 15 days before the service are non-refundable. For the other services, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur the full charge. - Refunds are issued only as required by Thai consumer protection laws.
5. Health & Safety for Pet Services
Clients must inform us of any relevant medical or behavioral issues regarding their dog(s) or other pets. We may refuse service if safety is at risk. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or incidents outside our control.
6. Limitation Privacy Policy (PDPA-Compliant) of Liability Regarding Animals
Almost Perfect Paws provides different services involving animals. While we commit to delivering our services professionally and with care, we do not guarantee specific training or behavioural outcomes, or health results.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not responsible for any behaviour, illness, injury, or damage caused by your pet while under our care, whether to itself, other animals, or humans.
- We are not liable for any bites, scratches, or aggressive behaviour exhibited by the animals.
- We do not accept any responsibility for damage, loss, or breakage of property caused by the animals during pet sitting or dog walking services.
- You cannot press charges against Almost Perfect Paws for any issues related to your animals’ training, behaviour or health.
- For dog walking and pet sitting services in Koh Samui, you must have valid insurance covering your animal(s) and your home.

By using our services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your animals’ actions and health, and you release Almost Perfect Paws from liability as described above.
Americans and Canadians will have to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to any services, wether provided online or in person.
7. Intellectual Property
All website pages, content, summary and documents of the emails, branding, and materials are owned by Almost Perfect Paws. They must not be shared with anyone outside the household, copied or reproduced without written permission.
